Car Wash Shift Supervisor (Full Time)
Description:
The Squeeky's Car Wash Shift Supervisor position requires a strong commitment to excellence and a high level of self-motivation. The right candidate will be responsible for all our customer's vehicles looking their best. This position demands the ability to work independently and strong attention to detail. They will consistently deliver high levels of customer service that assures guest satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for opening and closing the car wash
- Pushing sales of memberships
- Training employees on cleaning the car wash
- Customer service and controlling labor
Skills & Qualifications of the Car Wash Shift Supervisor:
- Experience with a car wash is required (6 months required, 1 year + preferred)
- Must work weekends
- Some knowledge of preventative maintenance
- Be on your feet for extended periods of time/the entire work shift.
- Physically able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, step to perform job duties.
- Any other job task or duties assigned by Management.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and seasons (heat of the summer, cold of the winter).

Requirements
- Must have basic knowledge of features of cars.
- Physical ability to move equipment and tools as needed.
- Must be able to lift min 30 pounds.
- Work in changing environments.
- Stand for extensive periods of time.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
